Easy Summertime Marinade

Save the brine from your Black Koutsourelia Olives for this easy, flavorful marinade!


  • 1/3 cup red wine vinegar brine  (save from your black olives!)
  • 2 tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • ¼ tsp red pepper flakes

Combine ingredients and stir well. Pour over meat (up to 2 lbs). Marinate for desired time. The vinegar brine will tenderize the meat and add a rich depth of flavor.
