Ingredients:
2 thick slices of organic baguette
Organic Sharp Cheddar Cheese
Optional:
Onions
Mushrooms
Red Peppers
Zucchini
Heat a cast iron or stainless steel pan on medium and add 2 tablespoons of Healthy Harvest EVOO.
Place two pieces of baguette (preferably made with no corn syrup or canola oil) in skillet and grill on one side until golden brown. Drizzle a little more HH EVOO in the pan and flip the bread to grill the other side. While the second side is browning, add cheese (raw, organic, and grass-fed is best) to melt.
Optional: Substitute a french baguette for fermented sourdough or whatever bread you prefer.
Saute whatever veggies you have on hand and put between the two cheesy slices to make the best hot sandwich you’ve ever tasted!
