Greek Tomato Salad

greek tomato salad with lemon olive oil
If there is something we've learned from our trips to Greece and Italy, it's that the secret to classic dishes is keeping it simple. Fresh-picked, perfectly ripe tomatoes grown in sun and soil, a healthy pour of extra virgin olive oil, a pinch of sea salt, and some aromatic herbs are all you need for this traditional Mediterranean salad.
Of course, you could add some flare by adding sliced cucumbers, lettuce chiffonade, or crumbled feta, but I promise you it's totally optional.

We wanted to add a little more flavor without any more ingredients so we switched up extra virgin olive oil with our naturally infused, small batch Garlic Olive Oil
