We start with the same lab-verified, cold-pressed Greek EVOO we've been sourcing directly from small family farms since 2006 — the kind that passes independent testing before it ever reaches your kitchen. Then we peel the garlic by hand, roast it low and slow for hours to bring out that deep, mellow sweetness, and infuse it into the oil over several weeks. The result is a garlic olive oil with a flavor that's rich, smooth, and genuinely savory — not sharp or artificial.
