Commercial "flavored" oils often mask cheap or adulterated olive oil. We start with our lab-verified Healthy Harvest Greek extra virgin olive oil and infuse real ingredients, rather than flavorings. 

Handmade in small batches

We start with REAL Greek olive oil and real organic garlic grown right here in Colorado. We peel the garlic by hand, roast it low and slow for hours, and then infuse the roasted garlic into the oil over several weeks.
