Origin Story

Healthy Harvest traveled to Spain in 2019 in search of slow-cured olives based on customer requests. We discovered these monster-sized Gordal olives at an outdoor market in Cordoba and traced them back to the farm where they are sourced. We are the only importers of this hard-to-find varietal!
