We import organic grape must and organic wine vinegar made from 100% Lambrusco grapes grown in Modena, Italy. Then, we reduce the ingredients in small batches without any preservatives, thickeners, or sweeteners. The result is a thick, decadent reduction to drizzle over cheese and antipasto, steaks, salads, pasta and risotto, or even fruit and ice cream.
