Healthy Harvest Greek is grown and pressed by the local cooperative on the northern coast of Peloponnese.
Healthy Harvest Greek is pressed from a single varietal of heirloom olives called koutsourelia. The olives are picked by hand to ensure that only perfectly ripe, unbruised olives are pressed
The olives are cold-pressed (made with no heat, no chemicals, and no other oils) in order to retain a naturally low acidity and full, fresh flavor. Enjoy its mild, buttery flavor for everyday cooking, as well as over salads, grilled meats and vegetables, and bread.
Olive oil is high in antioxidants which prevent oxidative damage during cooking, and its 410-degree smoke point make it safe to sauté, fry, roast, and more.
